Mojave Aster is a flowering plant is native to the deserts of the southwestern United States, and northwestern Mexico.

This is a perennial herb or subshrub with a rounded form, Mojave aster grows to about 2-1/2 ft. in height. Its leaves are narrow with spine-tipped teeth. Lavender, aster-like flowers occur singly and are large and showy with branching, hairy, glandular stems. The shrub can produce 60 or more lavender, pale blue, or even white ray blooms. The bloom period is March through June. Needs full sun and fast draining soil. Packet will contain 50 seeds.
